Develop an E-commerce website

I prefer this website to be coded with JAVA since I have heard this is safer than PHP is. Though, if this is not possible I am willing to go with PHP.

The website I am trying to set up as bit different, but will not be different from functioning point of view.

I am trying to set an e-commerce website having products and their respective categories. I need to be able to have my friends registering and that they will open a shop where they can upload products, edit them if essential and delete them when he/she wants to sell no more products.

When someone buys a product, I want my friend to get the money, and I want to be able to set commissions for products sold (Like 5 percent for a product sold Ex. $100 product, friend receives $95 I receive $5).

Also, a small work I would like to have is social integration. If you cannot do this, I can code it myself.

This is the global concept I have on this project, we will discuss this more in detail but you probably already know what comes looking with an ecommerce website
