Project Description:

I am looking to get a desktop application developed. The desktop application will have the subsequent few features:

1. Different user levels

2. Ability to print custom invoices based on the details entered by every admin user

3. Email custom invoices to each other

Full project brief will be shared with shortlisted providers.

Skills required are .NET, ASP, PHP, Software Architecture, Windows Desktop
