Need Java/JNLP Application - GUI and Backend Projects

Project Description:

I am looking for assistance in making changes to a complex java application.

System launches from web page via JNLP.

First project is to re-deploy a new version and code-sign certificate with JNLP manifest.

Then, GUI improvements will be made next.

Skills required are Java, JavaScript, PHP, Software Testing, Software Architecture
