Determine Reagents for Determination of Protein Content Using Biuret Method?

Collect the following reagents to conduct the experiment:

1. 0.2 N NaOH solution - Dissolve 8 g of NaOH pellets in 1 litre of distilled water.

2. Biuret reagent - Dissolve 90 g of Rochelle salt (sodium potassium tartarate) in 500 ml of 0.2 N sodium hydroxide solution. Add 10 g of copper sulphate and 10 g KI and volume is made to 2 L with 0.2 N alkali.

3. Working standard - Dissolve 200 mg albumin in 100 ml distilled water (2 mg/ml).
