Jogging gives a sense of wellness to a diabetic patient. The frequency of jogging should be at least 3 days in week with a distance of 2 km to be covered in each session.
Do's of Jogging
1. Wear cotton and loose cloths.
2. Wear comfortable shoes.
3. Do jogging on soft grass instead of hard surface.
4. Do jogging regularly.

1. If the person is above 40 years of age then the patient should consult the doctor.
