You have been approached to design a ‘tuck top auto-lock bottom' carton package for a high-end cosmetic jar under the brand name ‘Beauty One'. Your client asked you to integrate an arrowhead tab to the folding carton of dimension 10cm x 10 cm x 10 cm. The package will be fabricated from a single white paperboard of 1mm.

(i) Enumerate the information you would add in to your Design Brief.

(ii) Design and label the pattern of the folding carton you would propose to your client.

(iii) What are the data you would consider to include on the different panels of the package? State the special finishing technique(s) that you would propose to communicate visually to your target audience.

(iv) Identify and state the meaning of the four most common symbols found on cosmetic labels.

(v) How are ingredients displayed on cosmetic labels?
