Q. Describe the basic aspects of ENIAC?

The main aspects of ENIAC can be summarized as:

ENIAC was a general purpose-computing machine in that vacuum tube technology was used.
ENIAC was based on decimal arithmetic instead of binary arithmetic.
ENIAC required being programmed manually by plugging, unplugging and setting switches. So to pass a set of instructions to computer was hard and time-consuming. This was determined to be major deficiency of ENIAC.
