Describe about Transposition of the Great Arteries ?

Abnormal origin of the great artesies from the ventricular complex. Pulmonary Artery arises from the morphological left ventricle and the Aorta arises from the morphological right ventricle. Transposition can occur in the presence of appropriate or inappropriate atrio ventricular connections, and are accordingly classified as complete transposition of the great arteries and physiologically corrected transposition.
