Ultrasonic metal-welding is an advanced technical procedure for combining nonferrous metals, many metal-alloys and stranded wire. This is a cold-phase friction welding method; there is no melting, no high-temperature build up. This surfaces being connected are subjected to high frequency mechanical oscillations when being rubbed together in certain pressure. The molecules of the surfaces start to swirl and intermingle along with one other, creating a firm and lasting bond.
