Define the term - Inspection

- An inspection is more formal than walk through.

- It includes 3-8 people - a moderator, reader as well as a recorder to take notes.

- Subject of the inspection is typically a document like a requirements specifications or a test plan.

- Purpose is to find problems and find out if something missing.

- Nothing is fixed at this phase.

- The result of inspection meeting must be consolidated in a written report.

- It is one of the most cost effective methods to ensure quality.
