Define the term - Array
A fixed length, ordered collection of values of same type stored in contiguous memory locations; collection may be ordered in several dimensions.
Values stored in an array are known as elements. Elements are accessed by indexing into array: an integer value is used to indicate ordinal value of the element. For instance, if a is an array with 20 elements, then a [6] is the element of a with ordinal value 6. Indexing may start at any number, but normally it starts at 0. In the instance above a[6] is the seventh value in a when indexing start at 0.
You have to sort a list L having of a sorted list followed by a few "random" elements. Which sorting methods would be especially suitable for this type of task? Insertion sort
Binary: Each node has one, zero, or two children. This assertion creates many tree operations efficient and simple. Binary Search : A binary tree where each and every left
Give the example of bubble sort algorithm For example List: - 7 4 5 3 1. 7 and 4 are compared 2. Since 4 3. The content of 7 is now stored in the variable which was h
A representation of an array structure is a mapping of the (abstract) array with elements of type T onto the store which is an array with elements of type BYTE. The array could be
traverse the graph as BFS
Adjacency list representation An Adjacency list representation of Graph G = {V, E} contains an array of adjacency lists mentioned by adj of V list. For each of the vertex u?V,
For preorder traversal, in the worst case, the stack will rise to size n/2, where n refer to number of nodes in the tree. Another method of traversing binary tree non-recursively t
RGB Model The RGB model is based on the assumption that any desired shade of colour can be obtained by mixing the correct amounts of red, green, and blue light. The exact hues
Suppose we have a set of N agents and a set of N tasks. Each agent can only perform exactly one task and there is a cost associated with each assignment. We would like to find out a
