Conversely, revolution of changing in the field of information technology has posed some of challenges for various organizations. The procedure of office automation has not only helped the work into the offices, this has also rendered a few employees surplus. The storage space of information into the floppy diskettes recalled physically scanning by voluminous ledgers and records. The trained personnel will have to adapt themselves to the new challenges within their job innovations and profile. Man has come based more and more onto the machines and human intelligence has dwarfed before the huge machines.
