The MV unfortunate was talking passengers to Lyme Cay when it receive a distress signal from a vessel nearby the master started to proceed towards the vessel but stop when he realized it was a go fast vessel carry illegal narcotics into the country and when his passenger threaten to sue him for that taking them to Lyme Cay. The plane which had made a drop off for the go fast vessel got into difficulties and crash into the sea bursting into flames the master proceeded to Lyme Cay and called the police. On its approach to Lyme Cay the master received another distress symbol which came from a passenger vessel he proceeded to the distress vessel and after loading all the passengers on board the master of the distress vessel shouted to him that he was not in distress vessel shouted to him that he was not in distress but wanted to do some other business. The MV unfortunate began to sink due to the weight of all the passengers.
