Define the Cooper's Run (12 minute run) Method?

To undertake this test, a 400 metre running track is required-marked every 100 m and a stop watch. The test comprises of noticing how far an athlete can run/walk in twelve minutes. The total distance covered to the nearest 100 metres is recorded and VO2 max is predicted using the equation given below.

VO2 max (mVkg1mm) = (35.97 x miles) - 11.29

This test is easy to administer to large groups.
