Conceptual skill:
Conceptual skill is the capability to see the organization as an entire, to recognize inter-relationships in between various functions of the business and external forces, and to direct effectively the organizational efforts. This is critical into top executive positions. This is easier most to learn technical skill than the conceptual skill.
