Define the conceptual skills of a successful manager.

Conceptual skill:

Conceptual skill is the capability to see the organization as an entire, to recognize inter-relationships in between various functions of the business and external forces, and to direct effectively the organizational efforts. This is critical into top executive positions. This is easier most to learn technical skill than the conceptual skill. Actually, conceptual skills are decision-making skills (capability of the person to take well-timed and correct decisions) and organizational skills (as they assist fix various people at various jobs).
