Define the both macronutrientand micronutrient.

An element necessary in large amounts (usually > 50 mg/kg in the plant) for the growth of plant is called a macronutrient and includes nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulphur. An element necessary in only extremely small amounts (< 50 mg/kg in the plant) for the plant growth is called a micronutrient.
