Define Tests to Measure Flexibility Component in the Humans?

The flexibility component measures the elasticity or range of motion around a joint. This component of physical fitness enables the person to have free body movements, better co-ordinated movements requiring lesser work and to handle greater stress with lesser chances of injury. The various tests include indirect measures such  as sit and reach test, calf muscle flexibility test, shoulder flexibility test and 90/  90 hamstring test; and direct measures that involve use of a goniometer and  flexometer.
