Q. Define Synchronization Latency Problem?
If two simultaneous processes are executing remote loading then it's not recognized by what time two processes will load as issuing processor requires two remote memory loads by two processes jointly for some operation. Which means two simultaneous processes yields results asynchronously and it causes the synchronization latency for the processor.
