Define Special considerations for underwater inspection?

Once a diver enters the water, there environment changes completely. Visibility decreases and is often reduced to near zero due to muddy water and depth. The diver not just has decreased perceptual capabilities but is less mobile also. Manoeuvrability is necessary for underwater bridge inspections. In several cases, artificial lighting is needed. In addition to above, certain special situations are encountered, which require special consideration.
