Define Prevention of vitamin A deficiency?
Since dietary inadequacy is the major cause for micronutrient deficiencies, the most rational approach to prevent these deficiencies would be to ensure adequate amounts of the nutrients in the daily diets of the population at risk. There are two basic approaches to achieve this:
