Define Precautions for Determination of Inorganic Phosphorus?

1. All reagents should be added in the order mentioned.

2. Allow 10 minutes for the colour to develop in each tube.

3. Take the reading in increasing order of concentration.

4. Before placing the cuvette in the cuvette holder of the colorimeter, wipe the outside of the cuvette with a piece of tissue paper to remove traces of solution, dust and finger prints.
