Define Pneumatic Tools for Underwater Inspection of Bridge?

These are more efficient than hand tools and cause less diver fatigue. The disadvantages are that below about 20 m, they are grossly inefficient; needle guns can cause notches and thus cause damage to the structure; and grinders can be both difficult to control and may remove lot of material if not properly controlled. The use of these tools on concrete is limited.
