Define interaction of Vitamin C with Riboflavin?

The two coenzyme forms of riboflavin are FMN and FAD. They are found in a large number of systems which function in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and protein. The role of riboflavin is central to energy production. In its role as a precursor to FAD, riboflavin exhibits significant antioxidant activity and protects against lipid peroxides.
