Define importance of Training and Education.

Importance of Training and Education: Training and education bring employees to a standard whether they can carry out industrial tasks well. The increasing rapidity of modification today as compared to earlier periods intensifies the requirement for study, adaptation and new training and education.

 Education enhances an employee and he can take up and handle jobs of higher responsibility, while, training prepares an individual therefore he can accomplish his industrial task effectively and efficiently. Education enhances knowledge and training effectively the skill and aptitude. Training and Education are complementary to each other.
