Define Importance of Nutrition in Human Body?
Nutrition is increasingly being recognized as an important determinant, which modulates the biological process of ageing. Poor nutrient intakes and suboptimal diets have been implicated for many of the biological changes and increased risks for chronic diseases rather than the ageing process per se.
