Define Importance of Body composition assessment in athletes?
Body composition and weight are two of the many factors that contribute to optimal exercise performance. Body weight can influence athlete's speed, endurance (stamina) and strength (power) whereas body composition can affect athlete's strength, agility (co-ordinating ability) and appearance.
