Define age related changes in Endocrine system

There is a decrease In blood concentration of the hormone / binding protein transport. Sensitive hormone receptors diminish. Age-related decreases are seen in glucose response. As far as reproductive hormones are concerned - in females, there is a decrease in estrogen and progesterone after menopause. There is a negative feedback effect. In males, the testosterone levels go down tremendously. Though the leydig cells volume increases, it cannot achieve the normal testosterone level.
