Define Affine transformation? 

A coordinate transformation of the form X= axxx +axyy+bx, y 'ayxx+ayy y+by  is known as a two-dimensional affine transformation. Every of the transformed coordinates x ' and y ' is a linear function of the original coordinates x and y , and  parameters aij and bk are constants determined by the transformation type
