Define about classes of object oriented modelling

A class is a collection of things, or concepts that have the same properties. Each of these concepts or things is known an object.  In the next unit of this block, we will discuss that the class is the most primary construct within the UML.

Classes describe the basic words of the system being modelled. With the help of set of classes as the core vocabulary of a software project tends to greatly facilitate understanding and agreement about the meanings of terms, and other properties of the objects in the system.

Classes can serve as the base for data modelling. In OOM, the term classes are usually the foundation from which visual modelling tools-such as Rational Rose XDE, design the model of systems and Visual Paradigm function.
