DATA OUTPUT : Whatever, data or information that you feed into a computer will be the data output from a computer system and will be a data file sent from the computer to a peripheral unit. It may take the form of:

(1) A file written on to a floppy disk,

(2) A file sent to a VDU and displayed on a screen, or

(3) A file sent to a printer and printed onto paper (hard copy).

A file may even be sent first to a VDU and then to a printer.
