A Solution provider / System Architect to interpret and speak with me and build business functional needs and a set of research documents into a detailed system architecture and specification document (blueprint including UML - Architecture and design documents), that will be given to a software team of developers to prepare a complete product.

I just need someone experienced in software architecture and software development to help me develop technical requirement specification document, which would be the guide for the developers of this software. You can consult with me to help evaluate the most suitable resources needed to achieve the goal I have in mind.

An overview of this product is as follows: This business solution will prepare a Web-portal allowing consumers to earn cash back rewards after linking through the site, cash back website. The site will be: mobile ready, have a dashboard reporting and merchant manager tool, a URL structure designed with SEO in mind, and have a mall manager tool that will permit for written content to be changed, predominant features shared by competitors (TBD by our discussion), automated marketing emails sent from within the dashboard tool.

Technical Considerations:

PHP, Boilerplate, MYSQL, Booststrap, Oracle , Java, Facebook, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pintrest. Affiliate API integration, auto reply and push communications; payment portal to set up transactions.
