Locate a current case or factual situation in the news which involves a tort.In narrative form, please explain the legally significant facts and the tort involved, as well as the damages being sought. Prepare an analysis of the elements of the tort and whether you believe the defendant shall be held liable for the tort. Please do not forget in your analysis the standard of proof the plaintiff must prove in order for liability to be found.
