Q. Cost accounting method of appraisal?

Cost accounting method evaluates performance from the monetary returns the employee yields to his / her organization. A relationship is established between the cost include in keeping the employee and the benefit of the organization derives from him / her. Performance of the employee is then evaluated based on the established relationship between the cost and the benefit.
