Convert an existing flash file into html5, JAVA Programming

REQUIREMENT: We are seeking a simple tool that will convert an existing flash file (.SWF) into HTML5. Our purpose is to convert small flash games into html5 games. Please NOTE: We do not have source code of flash file. We need a system where we can import .SWF file in some software and instantly generate HTML5 file of game with everything proper.
