What are the contributing factors for specified aspect of individual behaviour?
For any specified aspect of individual behaviour, here may be several contributing factors. The individuals are different from each other in exact aspects that are known as individual variables. Such individual variables play a main role and affect the performance as behaviour of a worker at work. These are the physical features, intellectual factors, motivation and interest, temperament, aptitude of an individual, character, education, personality aspects, experience, sex and age. Besides all these individual variables there are several situational variables, as physical environment, work space/layout, Condition and design of work, tool, methods of work, character of the organisation, types of training and supervision, kinds of incentives and social environment that also affects the performance (behaviour) of an worker upon a known job.
