Nd-YAG Laser

The one of the illustration for solid state lasers is Neodymium-Yttrium-Aluminium-Garnet Laser. This is an abbreviation of Nd: YAG Laser and is a four level system in that the active medium is taken into the form of a crystal. The construction of this laser is as demonstrated below:
