Concept of Authority - Agency Law

Whether this is the oral or written permission conferred on a person through another to do a particular thin.  Thus it is a factual concept and may produce power.  Thus power on the other hand is the ability about the agent to affect the legal position of the principal in as relation 3rd parties.  Although it is a legal concept and exists independent such for authority.  Conversely in agency law there the terms 'authority' and 'power' such are sometimes utilized synonymously particularly regard to with the scope of the agency relationship.
