Computer simulation - Computer Aided Design
Computer simulation is the manner of designing a model of a real or theoretical physical system, not including the model on a digital computer and analyzing the execution output. Simulation embodies the principle of "learning by doing": to learn regarding the system we must first assemble a model of several sorts and after that operate the model. The utilization of simulation is an activity which is as natural as a child who plays role. Children understand the world around them via simulating along with toys and figures, most of their interactions along with the other people, animals and objects. Like adults, we lose several of this childlike behavior but recapture it later on via computer simulation. To know reality and all of its complexity, we should build artificial objects and dynamically perform our roles along with them.
Algorithm (scan-line): For each scan line perform from step (1) to (3). 1) For all pixels on a scan-line, arrange depth [x]=1.0 i.e. max value and Intensity [x] = background
Algorithms for Identification of Observable Objects There are various algorithms for identification of observable objects for various types of applications. Several methods ne
What is the maximum number of objects such can be handled via the depth/z- buffer algorithm? Solution : In z-buffer algorithm, an arbitrary number of objects can be handled sin
Bezier Surfaces - Modeling and Rendering Two sets of Bezier curve can be utilized to design an object surface by identifying by an input mesh of control points. The Bézier su
Touch Panels - Input and output devices It allows displayed screen or object positions to be selected along with the touch of the finger and is also termed as Touch Sensitive
Discuss in detail about rendering Computer animation uses a technique termed as avars (animation variable) where starting point is generally a series of stick figures; for exam
Combined consequence of ambient and diffused reflection At this time the resulting intensity I will be the total sum of the intensities in case 8.3.2 and 8.3.3 we find that:
Linearly interpolate - Modeling and Rendering I 4 = I 1 + t (I 2 - I 1 ); here t = (|y 1 - y 2 |)/(|y 1 - y 2 |) I D = I A + t (I B - I A ); here t = (|AD|)/(|AB|)
Differentiate among interpolation spline and approximation spline? When the spline curve passes by all the control points then it is known as interpolate. When the curve is
