Computer simulation - Computer Aided Design
Computer simulation is the manner of designing a model of a real or theoretical physical system, not including the model on a digital computer and analyzing the execution output. Simulation embodies the principle of "learning by doing": to learn regarding the system we must first assemble a model of several sorts and after that operate the model. The utilization of simulation is an activity which is as natural as a child who plays role. Children understand the world around them via simulating along with toys and figures, most of their interactions along with the other people, animals and objects. Like adults, we lose several of this childlike behavior but recapture it later on via computer simulation. To know reality and all of its complexity, we should build artificial objects and dynamically perform our roles along with them.
Rotation about an arbitrary axis Rotation about an arbitrary axis is a composition of several rotations and translation operations. What you need to do is the following: a)
Write a program that allows interactive manipulation of the position and orientation of a camera. Draw a teapot at the global origin 0,0,0. You can find a shaded teapot model and
Presentation Graphics The instant you are going to represent yourself or your product or company or research paper and so on. Only standing and speaking is fairly ineffective.
Disadvantage of the Raster Scan Display Device The major disadvantage of the raster scan is the jagged nature of the lines, happening from the information that the pixels are
What is Polygon mesh? Polygon mesh is a method to show the polygon, when the object surfaces are tiled, it is more convenient to state the surface facets with a mesh function.
Magnify a triangle with vertices A = (1,1), B = (3,1) and C = (2,2) to twice its size in such a way that A remains in its original position. Answer: You need to apply scaling b
What is the need of homogeneous coordinates? To perform more than one transformation at a time, use homogeneous coordinates or matrixes. They decrease unwanted calculations in
Subdivision Algorithm - Visible Surface Detection 1) Initialize the area to be the whole screen. 2) Create a PVPL regarding an area, sorted on z min as the smallest z coor
Resolution - Display Devices On a display device, the resolution means the maximum number of points that can be displayed simultaneously without an overlap in a row and number
