Use the numerical integration scheme discussed in class to compute the area moment of inertia 1142_Compute the area moment of inertia1.png of the circular section with a hole as shown below.  For mapping, use 4-node elements of equal size over the section in the first quadrant.  For numerical integration use the 2x2 point rule.
