In the table given below the Distribution Manager is expected to service these DCs as per the demands placed. If the actual sales after completing week one is as follows, what would be the quantities that would need amendment as far as Distribution Manager is concerned to service for week two and onwards? After week one the actual sales to Forecasted sales for week one ratio is as under: Mumbai did 80 % of forecast , Lucknow did 75 % of forecast Kolkata did 60 % of week one forecast Chennai did 125 % of forecast and Delhi did 150 % of week one forecast Note : Kolkata will receive transit stocks in week 2 . The Table datas are as follows....... Mumbai: Op Bal = 120, safety Stk = 60, Min Ord Qty = 80, Lead Time = 1 Week, Transit = NIL, Sales Forecast Week 1 to Week 7 = 50,35,55,65,80,125 & 50 Respectively. Chennai: Op Bal = 350, safety Stk = 125, Min Ord Qty = 200, Lead Time = 2 Week, Transit = NIL, Sales Forecast Week 1 to Week 7 = 100,75,125,100,200,150 & 100 Respectively. Lucknow: Op Bal = 270, safety Stk = 150, Min Ord Qty = 200, Lead Time = 3 Week, Transit = NIL, Sales Forecast Week 1 to Week 7 = 150,100,150,200,300,200 & 100 Respectively. Delhi: Op Bal = 250, safety Stk = 100, Min Ord Qty = 100, Lead Time = 2 Week, Transit = NIL, Sales Forecast Week 1 to Week 7 = 50,75,80,55,75,80 & 90 Respectively. Kolkata: Op Bal = 350, safety Stk = 200, Min Ord Qty = 300, Lead Time = 3 Week, Transit = 300, Sales Forecast Week 1 to Week 7 = 100,150,200,135,125,165 & 200 Respectively
