Composition of Nucleic acids

Nucleic acids such as proteins and carbohydrates are polymer. The simple units which make up the nucleic acid are known as nucleotides. Nucleotides are themselves composed of subsequent three simple molecules.

1. Nitrogenous base

2. Five carbon sugar

3. Phosphoric acid
