Assignment Help:

Differentiate between Motorola processors and INTEL processors.

Comparison between Motorola processors and INTEL processors: AMD/Intel processors are actually about similar thing.  They run similar software and operate in a very same way.  AMD is frequently less expensive than Intel, and depending upon what you utilize a computer for one may be somewhat quicker than the other.

Motorola has been mainly relegated to the "also-ran" category of microprocessor manufactures because Apple computer stopped using them in favour of the IBM Power PC processor (Apple has as switched to Intel).

Motorola had better 32 bit processor design years before Intel.  Moreover, the design of the Motorola 68000 processor line (by a programmer's perspective) was immensely superior.  The two main features of the 68000 line which made this true were

1) Orthogonality of register access and

2) No. of registers available.

These features made writing code for Motorola CPUs vary simpler.
