Q. Compare the Manpower and development time?

Manpower may perhaps refer to labour Manpower either an abstract term for human labour effort as opposed to machines, animals and so on or the number of human productive units available/needed for professional or other tasks as well used when referring to such personnel as a resource example a manpower shortage and development time is the time required to develop a project.

The Norden and Reyleigh equation represents manpower it measured in person per unit time as a function of time. It is typically expressed in person-year/year(PY/YR).
