Chronic Mitral Regurgitation : In chronic mitral regurgitation, the asymptomatic phase is much longer than in mitral stenosis. Onset of symptoms may also mean the onset of left ventricular dysfunction. Asymptomatic patient with mild MR with no evidence of left ventricular.
