Causes of the indiscipline:

Indiscipline is generally arises because of:

1. Unfair labour practises and victimization on the part of employers, like wage differentials, unreasonable declaration of payment or non payment of bonus, wrongful works assignment, defective grievance producer etc.

2. Bad service conditions, defective communication by the superiors and ineffective leadership lead to indiscipline.

3. Poverty, frustration, generally over shadows the minds of the workers. These agitate his minds and often results in indiscipline.

4. Generally speaking absenteeism, dishonest\y and disloyalty, violation of plant rules, gambling, and incompetence damage to machine and property, strikes, etc, all lead to the industrial indiscipline.

5. Faulty evaluations of persons and situations by the executives lead to favouritism, which generates in disciplined behaviour.

6. Defective supervision and an absence of good supervisors also lead to indiscipline.

7. Lack of property draws rules and regulations, or the existence of the rules and regulations which are so impractical that they cannot be observed and the absence of service manuals and a code of behaviour.

8. The divide and rule policy of the management as a result of which friction and misunderstanding are created among the employees which destroy their team spirit.

9. Literacy and the low intellectual level of the workers as well as their social background;

10. Worker's reactions to the rigidity and multiplicity of rules and their improper interpretation.

11. Worker's personal problems, their fears, apprehensions, and their lack of confidence in and their inability of adjust with, their superiors equals.

12. In born tendencies to flout rules.
