Can fiber be made any size, Physics

Assignment Help:

Can fiber be made any size?

Well theoretically, yes. However, there are physical constraints due tothe materials and utility. Extremely large fibers have proportional bending radii and are not extremely economical to generate. Under the all containing classification of Remote Source Lighting, tubes made by special polymers and behaving as fiber optics are currently being manufactured, able of being formed in light conductors over a foot into diameter.
