As members of the senior management team, you have the following tasks:
1. Identify five business issues or concerns and then generate the Human Resources issues that come from those business issues.2. If possible, provide examples of what your competition is doing.6. As a team identify and discuss what method of Performance Appraisal (see Chapter 10 in text) you would use in your organization. 7. Develop 2 to 3 compensation objectives for the company. Should there be an incentive program? Prepare your reasons as you might need to present to the President of the company.
