You are the Marketing Manager of a supermarket chain of ABC. The sales have gone down for several months. When you looked into the matter, you have found out some reasons, among them:
- there have been not sufficient customer care programs,
- customer and business databases have not been updated for long time,
- promotional programs are not interested by customers and businesses.

You have decided to build up better business and customer databases.

Please write your plan, in which you:
1. Describe how you can collect sufficient information and build up the business and customer databases;
2. Breakdown the cost of data collection and processing.
3. Describe the fields of information in each database (which information is included in the databases).
4. Present how you will utilize the information for your marketing activities to improve the above situation.
