An insect collecting net

A useful insect net can be made from a round stick such as a broom or mop handle, some heavy wire and mosquito netting or cheese cloth. Bend a heavy piece of wire into a circle about 38 to 45 cm in diameter and twist the ends together to form a straight section at least 15 cm in length. Fasten this to the end of a broom or mop handle by lashing with a wire wrap or by means of staples
