An experiment with two spikes

Use the drill for a rotation machine as in the above experiment. Unite two spikes by attaching the point end of every to the end of a 15 cm length of cord. Grasp the cord joining the spikes at its centre and Join it to the cord from the drill chuck at this point. Rotate the drill crank steadily and view the effect of the centrifugal force on  the two spikes.
